Palmer Rolls Out the Red Carpet for Colony Christmas Palmer is busy planning for the 24th annual Colony Christmas in downtown Palmer. The well-loved, old fashioned event is held every year on the second weekend of December, and features small town living at its best. This year’s Colony Christmas is slated for December 11, 12, and 13. The whole town gets involved spreading the Christmas spirit with events taking place throughout the City.
